Nina Dobrev (The Vampire Diaries) has collaborated with the Les Mills creative team and Reebok and to bring you a LES MILLS GRIT Cardio workout. The workout is chosen from Nina’s favorite moves and tracks, and developed and certified by The Les Mills Team.
In this high intensity cardio bodyweight workout from trainer Lita Lewis, you’ll spike your heart rate with high-knees, fast feet, and star jumps; plus work your core and lower body with jumping lunges and planks - at home! That's why Exercise ETC is pleased to announce the start of our "Brains & Balance Past 60™" channel on YouTube. As of April 1, we are posting a free 20-30 minute "mini-class" every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Each installment will feature a "thought for the day" as well as a brief brain game and interactive balance drill to be done independently at home.
